Property Description
The area of Charmettoger is just a few minutes away from the centre of Arc 1800. The 3 Aiguille Grive buildings have a maximum of 5 floors and each building has at least one lift. The apartment is on the 4th (top) floor and the ski lift leaves from the back door to the 4th floor, so it could not be easier or more convienient and is true ski-in ski-out! This convenient ski lift in the centre of Paradiski area gives you access to ski the Les Arcs ski areas, or to ski to Peisey Vallandry to take the cable car to the La Plagne ski area.
Accommodation
The practical small ski apartment with a west facing balcony has direct piste access, (suitable for a family of 4-6). Living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 pull out bed, and on a mezzanine: one double/twin bedroom (separated by partition door) and cabin room at the top of the stairs (not enclosed) with bunk beds. There is an equipped kitchenette (with 3 hot plates, fridge, oven/grill, dishwasher, kettle and electric coffee percolator). Upstairs bathroom with bath (and shower attachment) and WC. Downstairs cloakroom with sink and WC. Balcony. Vacuum Cleaner. TV.
Bed linen and towels are excluded. You can take your own or they can be rented locally.
End of stay cleaning is not included. If required, it can be organised and paid for in advance £35.00.
There is no cot or highchair but hire could be arranged.
Travel Info & Local Advice
Covered car parking is available at approx 70 Euros per week, subject to availability, and payable in resort. There is also some free outdoor parking available on a first come first served basis.
Fly to Chambery, Lyon, Grenoble or Geneva. Alternatively Eurostar, Snowtrain or TGV to Bourg St Maurice. By car from Calais it is approx 9 hours.
Please note :Golf, Riding, Outdoor pool (5 mins walk) are only available in July and August.
