Just a 2 minute walk to the private Spa/Main pool & Gym, you immediately know you've chosen the right place for a fabulous holiday. A fantastic choice of restaurants is only 5 minute drive away. The property is very close to the best Golf Clubs and many beaches are only 5-10 min drive away. It is easily accessible, connected with the toll motorway & dual carriageway. Malaga & Gibralter Airports take about 50 minutes by car. We are close to many interesting places catering for all needs, young, old, couples, & families with small children and teenagers. Marbella holds a special charm for the visitor with its cosmopolitan town, shopper’s paradise & beautiful beach. Just about every leisure & sporting activity can be found here. Puerto Banus is only 10 minutes by car and known for attracting the rich & famous with its cosmopolitan port, lively nightlife buzzing with al fresco bars, piano clubs & discos. Designer fashion houses & small boutiques are commonplace. ON ARRIVAL our Agent can meet you nearby, take you to the apartment and familiarise you with the essentials. We can also prepare a welcome pack with some basics for you on your arrival (£18) Just ask if you have any special requests. LAUNDRY & CLEANING can also be arranged during your stay if you wish (usually after one week on a two week stay). THE COMMUNITYCapanes Del Golf is a secure gated community with 24 hour security (guards and CCTV ). Secure parking is available in the underground garage, a few paces from lift taking you immediately to the apartment. Parking for additional vehicles is available nearby. BICYCLES Two (folding) bicycles are available for you to use - kept in the storage room next to the parking bay. These are modern aluminium bicycles that can simply fold if required to fit into the back of a car. There is also a Sony Playstation (PS2) in the Lounge with two controllers. There are many Shops and Restaurants around a 5 minute drive away.
Accommodation
The well-equipped kitchen contains a 4 ring stove, dish washer, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine and clothes dryer. The stunning living area has comfortable sofas, beautiful furnishings and dining suite for 6. A large 32' plasma TV, Playstation/DVD is also included for your enjoyment. There are 3 bathrooms: Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Bath (no shower),Shower Enclosure,Bidet,Master Ensuite, Bathroom 2 - Toilet,Shower Enclosure,Bidet,2nd Ensuite, Bathroom 3 - Toilet,off hallway. There are 2 bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 6 people. Master bedroom - 1 Large Double Bed with ensuite containing both bath and a separate shower enclosure, leading to sun terrace. Bedroom 2 - 2 Single Beds with ensuite and sun terrace. In the case of extra guests, two folding Z-Beds are available which can be put up in the master bedroom or lounge. A Child's cot and high chair can be hired for a small charge. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes. (Plenty of space) All bedlinen and towels are provided. The master bedroom has a small security safe.
