If you are looking for a walking holiday in Spain, a painting holiday or perhaps something a little more adventurous such as mountain biking, quad biking, motor cycling or skiing then Cortijo Nacimiento del Roble offers the ideal Spanish holiday location for those seeking a quiet relaxing getaway soaking up the atmosphere or an action packed adventure filled vacation suitable for couples, groups and families. Accommodation is self catering; however excellent traditional Spanish bars, many serving complimentary tapas, and good restaurants are located in the near by bustling market town of Alcala la Real.
Accommodation
Cortijo Nacimiento del Roble adopts a non smoking policy and consists of four spacious luxury Guest Suites, which have been sympathetically restored whilst retaining many original features from the original Spanish farmhouse thus enabling family or group gatherings with the indulgence of being able to enjoy the peace and quiet of your own unit when ever desired. There is also a communal fully equipped kitchen and a 12 seater dining room plus two comfortable lounges, one of which has a log burning fireplace, and a quiet room/library. With lavish furnishings throughout, each area creates a cosy yet individually atmosphere for relaxing and unwinding. Each Suite has its own bedroom with ample cupboard and drawer space, bathroom with low level toilet, dual shower and his and her vanity basins. In addition each unit offers a separate sitting area with comfortable chairs and sofas plus tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen satellite combination DVD television. Two of the Suites incorporate a quality sofa bed for the smaller members of the family and further space is provided to each unit with an individual private outside terrace all which have stunning views overlooking the picturesque valley. Outside, the property sits on 15,000 m² of land and as most of Spanish living is embarked in the open air, the immediate main terrace is laid out in traditional Spanish stone; an ideal area for outdoor barbecues. A private pool and sun terrace sits to the north of the property, all for the sole use of our guests and the views from these areas are breath taking. In season our guests can lavish themselves on the fresh fruits growing in the grounds; cherry, grape, fig, pomegranate and the exotic persimmon fruit all excel in the hot dry summer climate, not forgetting the obligatory olive trees, which dominate the views all over the Jaen territory.
