Property Description
The terraced villa is a brand new, three-storey, two bedroom, one bathroom, townhouse on the Costa Orihuela, Costa Blanca. This lovely development is just 35 minutes from Alicante airport and 30 minutes from Murcia airport.
This new development makes an ideal base for family, romantic, activity or golfing holidays. There is a shared swimming pool with children's paddling pool and grassed area for lazy days in the sun. The roof terrace situated on the third floor has the sun all day and panormaic views towards the sea. There is a supermarket closeby, which sells all you need for a comfortable stay.
For the golfer in the family, there are three superb courses within 10 minutes drive at Campoamor, Las Ramblas and VillaMartin. La Manga is worth the drive for the more dedicated golfer, being just 30 minutes along the A7 motorway.
The sandy beach at Punta Prima is a 15 minute walk or five minute drive from the house. Other beaches within a 10 minute drive include, La Mata, Playa Flamenca and the excellent Blue Flag Beach at La Zenia.

Ground floor
Enter into the living room which has a sofa, armchair, coffee table, sideboard & television. To the rear of the lounge there is a dining table and four chairs. Understairs storage cupboard with beach equipment, rings and mats etc. Marble staircase to first floor.
An archway leads to separate kitchen, which is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine and an external utility area accessed thorughb ack door. The kitchen is well equipped with pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, kettle, toaster etc. There is also an iron and ironing board.
A cloakroom/w.c. is also situated on ground floor
First floor
Family bathroom with bidet, shower over bath, illuminated vanity mirror over basin. The master bedroom has a double with bedside drawer units and lamps. There are built-in wardrobes with plenty of hangers, and a laundry basket. Sliding glass doors lead to a private balcony with a table & two chairs – ideal for a nightcap as the sun goes down.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a bedside drawer unit with two lamps. Built-in wardrobe, laundry basket, floor safe for keeping your passports, money and valuables secure.
Second floor
Here there is a private roof terrace with chairs, a table and parasol for alfresco dining, together with sun-loungers for taking it easy. The roof terrace is completely private (making it ideal for that all-over tan!) and overlooks the swimming pool at the rear of the property.
The property is cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival and a small welcome pack can be included at an extra cost of 25 euros.

The house has a television, DVD player, DVDs, games console, CDs, books and games.

Travel Info & Local Advice
There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance at the commercial centre Via Park. These include home-from-home "Spud Murphys" for premium fish and chips and “Madissons Sports Bar” to watch the match. Also within walking distance are two good Chinese restaurants, “Ghandi's” Indian and “Puccini's” Italian. About a 20 minute walk away is the highly recommended “Nautilus” restaurant which overlooks the sea at Punta Prima.
For a lively night out, Torrevieja is about 10 minutes drive away. The promenade really comes alive during the season and there is a taxi rank right outside the supermarket making access into town very easy.

Less than 15 minutes away
Close to the house you will find beaches, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a theme-park and plenty of restaurant and bars.
Less than 45 minutes drive away
Within easy reach of the house you will find climbing, flying and mountain biking.
Additional information
There are water-parks at Torrevieja and at Quesada and it’s a 45 minute drive to the theme-park at Terra Mitica. The water park at Quesada is ideal for smaller children, the one at Torrevieja is for older children.

35 minutes from Alicante airport. 30 minutes from Murcia airport.
Car hire
Costs will vary on the type of car you choose but a great price comparison site is ‘bravocarhire.com’ which compares the rates of several reputable, market leaders. Cars can be collected at the airport or delivered to the house by some companies. Remember to compare the conditions of hire as some companies charge for items which are included as standard in the rates of others.
We can also arrange for a transfer from the airport to the villa which costs approximately 45 Euro's each way.

`Weather was fabulous, well appointed house, air con really appreciated and a must as it was so hot! Roof terrace was sunny and very private, daughter spent most of her time in the pool and made friends with other children on the complex easily. Didn't hire a car this time, but now that we know our way around we would hire one next time and go farther afield as there is so much to see and do'.
