| Short Breaks |
|
Those properties that allow short breaks do so on the following basis:
Short breaks can only be booked 2 weeks prior to departure, and are payable in full at the time of booking, are charged at 70% of the weekly rate for the first 3 days and then 15% of the weekly rate is charged for each extra day thereafter.
Please note: That it is not usual for owners to offer short breaks during high season and that short breaks should not overlap a changeover day. If you would like to book a short break prior to 2 weeks before departure please call the holi-lets team to make an enquiry, as some owners are happy to take short break bookings throughout the year.
